This September 23-24, 2023, aviation and craft brew enthusiasts can enjoy the magic of flight (and flights) at the California Capital Airshow. Four breweries, a hard kombucha brewery, one distillery, and one meadery from Rancho Cordova’s Barrel District will be joining together to host The Hangar, a craft brew tasting experience, as the United States Air Force Thunderbirds take to the skies for daring stunt performances.
The Rancho Cordova Barrel District is a hidden gem in Rancho Cordova, including ten locations around the city that are known for award-winning libations, crowd-gathering events, and family fun. Each participating location at The Hangar Chalet will serve up delicious sips to excited Airshow guests from 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Admission tickets that include access to The Hangar come with seven 4-oz. tasters in a commemorative pint cup, admission to the Airshow, free parking, and shaded table seating near the center of the action. Full-sized beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day within the area, and food and non-alcoholic refreshments can be purchased from two food trucks. The Hangar is family-friendly. Tasting tickets are now available, and non-drinking Hangar chalet access tickets are also available at a discount.
